Sosialisasi E-Raport
Pada Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 ini sistem penilaian menggunakan e-Raport V.5, dengan demikian sangat diperlukan pembiasaan bagi para Tenaga Pendidik dilingkungan SMK Negeri 4 Garut. Dengan demikian sosialisasi diperlukan untuk lebih memahami cara input rencana penilaian dan menginput penilaian itu sendiri.
Sudah tentu diperlukan persiapan antara lain:
1. Program Semesteran
2. Daftar Nilai Siswa yang sudah terisi sesuai KIKD pada Prosem, mulai dari Ulangan Harian, sampai dengan PTS dan seterusnya samai Nilai PAS
3. Penilaian Sikap yang bersifat observasi
"Pada intinya E-Raport ini adalah proses menginput nilai mata pelajaran yang telah ibu bapak laksanakan, penilaian atas masing-masing KIKD Mapel.
Saya kira prinsip dan kaidah penilaian telah ibu bapak guru kuasai," Tutur Rahmat, S.Pd, MM Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum. Ditambahkan pula bahwa "Proses kegiatan lanjutan e raport ini hanya memindahkan nilai manual ke dalam sistem komputasi. Akan tetapi kalau bukan guru yang mengerjakannya akan mendapat kesulitan memahami rangkaian prosesnya."
Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi e raport ini dilaksanakan dengan sistem Sesi dari tanggal 23 - 25 Oktober 2019.

- Dianjurkan dikerjakan di sekolah pada saat tidak ada jadwal mengajar.
- KiKD untuk mata pelajaran wajib A, dan B yang tersedia pada referensi KIKD sebaiknya tidak dirubah biarkan saja walaupun tidak sesuai dengan KIKD terbaru, Fokus pada berapa nilai yang ibu bapa berikan minimal 2 kali Ulangan Harian, 1 PTS dan 1 PAS untuk pengetahuan, dan 3 Nilai di Keterampilan.
- Untuk Mapel C2 dan C3 yang lebih menekankan pada praktik nilai pengetahuan minimal 1 Ulangan Harian, 1 PTS dan 1 PAS, dan pada nilai keterampilan penilain kinerja bisa memberikan 4 - 5 jenis penilain, abaikan (redaksi dan kode KIKD) hal ini masih terjadi pada bag di seluruh indonesia.
Penyetoran nilai ke dalam dapodik, dan Raport Peserta adalah nilai yang telah dihitung oleh sistem menjadi nilai akhir , setelah guru tersebut mengklik tombol proses, atau wali kelas mengklik tombol proses, sehingga tombol tersebut menjadi merah dengan keterangan Pembaharuan,
Nilai tetap bisa dirubah oleh guru jika ada siswa yang melaksanakan perbaikan (remedial) dan nilai siswa akan berubah.
